Warranty

Palliser® Contract™ products are warranted for three years to be free of from manufacturing and parts defects from date of purchase. Fabrics supplied by Palliser Contract offer the manufacturer's specified warranty; COM fabrics are not warranted by Palliser. Palliser will replace or repair at our discretion any furniture deemed defective under said warranty. Product must be returned promptly as directed, prepaid. Repair or replacement costs will not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Field repairs require written authorization from an authorized Palliser representative. This warranty does not cover damages incurred by misuse, accident, abuse or neglect (products deemed misused, mishandled, or altered).
